Accuweather.com reports that the remnants of Isaac split into two parts this week. There is a continued risk of flash flooding from the lingering tropical downpours. Several inches of additional rain could fall from a slow-moving, weak tropical system along the central and eastern Gulf Coast area through the weekend.
