We recently hired an independent company to survey our drivers and find what they like most about Boyd Bros. – and where we can improve. We’re proud to report that Boyd Bros. received very high marks in managing three of the toughest issues for drivers: fair pay, home time, and respectful treatment. The report goes on to say that “Leadership is trusted and seen as following thorough, keeping commitments and always honest.” That “Driver morale is high,” and that “Fleet managers are the best in the industry.”
