NASCAR driver Matt Kenseth, team owner Joe
Gibbs, and crew chief Jason Ratcliff have been hit with serious
penalties from NASCAR. According to FoxSports, Kenseth's race-winning
car was discovered to have had a violation concerning the weight of the
connecting rods on his car.
