The New Jersey Redevelopment Authority recently announced a $10 million
fund to provide low-interest loans for the revitalization of properties
that are unsafe, underused or in foreclosure.

Constable, the commissioner of the state Department of Community
Affairs, said, "These projects will have an important ripple effect in
these communities and will create urgently needed, safe and affordable
housing for New Jersey families."
