Last Saturday night at the Alabama Trucking Association’s Annual Convention, Boyd Bros. CEO Gail Cooper was awarded the H. Chester Webb Award for Distinguished Service. It is the Alabama Trucking Association’s highest honor for a member. We are proud to note that our founder and Gail’s father, Mr. Dempsey Boyd, also won the award in 1987.

We often say that our biggest strength is that we are a “people company.” And now you know a little more about our founder and the people who lead us today, defining the values we all aspire to as individuals and as a company.
